From the Founder
Common Sense Factor grew from a simple observation: much of the knowledge we depend on in everyday life is never formally taught.
My own education has come from decades of hands-on work, business, family, community involvement, and lived experience. Again and again, I saw the same pattern. People were often expected to make important decisions about their homes, families, relationships, and everyday lives without first being given practical information they could understand.
Publishing gave me a way to change that.
What began with writing about personal experiences has grown into a broader publishing and educational platform covering practical homeowner knowledge, children’s life skills, personal growth, and community education.
Common Sense Factor isn’t about pretending to have every answer. It’s about asking useful questions, sharing practical knowledge, and helping people better understand the decisions in front of them.
